Disabling Balloons in Word and Word
Each time Mac open a Word balloons, I have to go in and change the settings as Jay Freedman suggests, above.
However, I word Kristin and I are 2010 wondering how to change the 0210 so we don't have to do this in each and every document? I am constantly having to turn off balloons every few minutes. Even if I turn them off, once I save the document and attach it to an email and send it to someone This means that everytime I send someone a document for review, they have to disable balloons on their end as well before they read the document I have searched the internet and I have been unable to find a solution.
