Using track changes with word for mac 2010
The default is Double underline. The default is Light blue. The default is Pink. The default is Light yellow. The default is Light orange. Choices are changing the color only, or the color and it's formatting while in track changes.
For example, you can highlight wofd format change with violet and a double underline. By default, this is on the Right of the document. This is the default. In the Track Changes dialog box, you aord control how you want markup to chanhes in your document. For example, to change the formatting that is displayed when someone inserts new text, click an option from the drop-down menu next to Insertions :.
If you prefer to have colors determined by the type of markup, instead of by author, select a color from the drop-down menu. Select Advanced Options. I have changee other colleagues using Word and they see such text box as indicated, but I cannot, and when taking a look to the features selected or de-selected in Review tab, we have the same configuration, so finally cannot see where is the problem. In that case, you would like to know which changes have been made to it or which content is deleted, inserted,or formatted.
